Working on

Designing AI training programmes for higher education marketing and recruitment teams. Building a scoring methodology that evaluates how AI platforms describe and represent universities. Writing about what actually changes when organisations adopt AI properly — not the tools, the operations.

Thinking about

Reading

Filterworld by Kyle Chayka. About how algorithmic curation flattens culture. It's useful for thinking about what happens when AI mediates how people discover universities, not just products.

Listening to

A lot of Wilco's back catalogue, properly tagged and running through Plexamp. The new Neil Young archive releases. Bob Dylan's Bootleg Series Vol. 13 for the fourth time this year.
